As part of the 140 St Georges Terrace redevelopment, we were proud to deliver the complete electrical and lighting package for the transformation of this high-traffic commercial forecourt.
Scope of Work:

Architectural & Landscape Lighting: We installed in-ground LED up lights to accentuate surrounding trees and key architectural features, adding dimension and safety to the space after dark. Low-glare pathway lighting was integrated to enhance visibility while maintaining a clean, minimal look.

Canopy & Entryway Illumination: The glass and steel entry canopy was fitted with linear LED strip lighting and custom downlights, highlighting the structure’s modern form while creating an inviting entry for tenants and visitors.
